Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Fainting can be caused by many reasons including problems with the inner year. A simple test can be helpful to diagnose a problem. There is a condition called Ménière's disease. There is no specific known cause and it causes symptoms like yours with or without fainting. Please get the low tone audiometry done. The diagnosis is confirmed by symptoms of Tinnitus, ear fullness, dizziness / vertigo and low frequency hearing loss and the attacks comes in episode like once o twice a month.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
