It appears from your query that you have mixed infection with fungal infection of the area called as Intertrigo. This is quite common in obese persons to have such kind of cheesy smell at folds due to sweating and maceration with bacterial degradation and super-added fugal infection of the various fold areas. I personally suggest you to reduce your weight first and maintain good hygiene and keep the area dry. Change your clothes and the undergarments for two times a day. DO not try to wear any synthetic garments and stay away form heat and humidity. In my patients I suggest them to apply an anti-fugal dusting powder to absorb the sweat. I also instruct them to apply an anti-fungal cream such as ketoconazole or clotrimazole for two times a day.
