What Causes Dull Pain In Lower Right Side Down To Knee?

I have a dull pain in my lower right side that radiates down to my knee. it started when a couple of day before my period but now it hurts on and off my period. I had an ultrasound done by my gynecologist and everything came back normal with no cysts or fibroids. What else could it be?

Knee pain mostly could not be due to a gynecological cause. Did you have any history of injury or fall? You may consult an orthopedist for the same.
