What Causes Dizziness,nausea,lightheaded,stomach Ache With Runny Nose And Sore Throat?

Hi, since last Monday i have been very dizzy, lightheaded, nauea and having stomach ache. On Wednesday, I started having a running nose and sore throat. I went to the doctor on Friday and he prescriped me clarithoromycin 500 mg 2 times a day. By Monday I was have still been dizzy, lighthead, like im going to throw up and my stomach is just in pain. I m also having black soft stool that smells. The doctor sent me for a blood test to see if I m pregnant but I doubt it and then I did a stool sample but I still don t know the results for either test yet.

I really appreciate your concern and I would like to say that this could be viral infection and antibiotic work here as far as the clinical symptoms of yours are concern the condition need to be manage with symptomatic medicine alone and the best option would be Tab Acetaminophen and Diphenhydramine three times in day, keep the stress level very low, every thing would be fine soon, take care and have a nice day.
