What Causes Dizziness While Lying Down?

I am 64 & over this last 2 weeks I am having dizzy spells when I first lie down & when I turn over in my sleep & they wake me up. what could be the cause of this. I am 18 stone Height is 6ft & also have had AF for 2 years & had a pacemaker fitted last year.

You should see a neurologist, as it may be related to brain or cervical vessels supplying blood to brain.
