What Causes Dizziness, Intermittent Left-sided Neck Pain And Back Pain?

Hi I am a female 49 yrs old very healthy . I have symptoms of dizziness,neck pain comes and goes in the left side, weakness, upper back pain between shoulder blade right side back, tired ,swollen glands, chills, chest pain that comes and goes, Worse after eating and when I go to sleep.

Hi there, I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.
Please get complete blood count, urine routine examination done.
If white blood cells count is high, please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for a broad spectrum antibiotic like Amoxycillin and clavulinic acid two times a day for 5 days and analgesic like Tramadol with paracetamol as needed for pain and fever.

Please consult with orthopaedic surgeon for neck pain and other symptoms,to rule out any cervical spine problem.
