What Causes Dizziness , Headache And Chest Tightness?
I have had my husband to many hospitals and doctors for six months with no diagnosis and he is getting worse. His symptoms are dizziness, stiffening neck, sensitivity to light, a constant headache and now shortness of breath and chest tightness. I have had several people ask me if he has been tested for Lyme Disease and to my knowledge he has not. How can we get a doctor to find out what s wrong with him.

Well come to HCM
Dizziness, stiff neck, headache, these could be due to migraine attack and may not be due to any infection, If I would be treating physician of this case then I would treat this case with the following medicine.
1) Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg as per needed
2) Tab carbamazepine 200 mg once in day
30 Tab Rabeprazole once in day
some time emotional stress could aggravate the symptoms and better to keep this low, hope this information helps.
