What Causes Dizziness Followed By Vomiting And Bloated Feeling?
my dad awoke about 2 hours ago feeling extremely dizzy with the need to vomit. when he does it's a semi clear yellow fluid that is not very viscous. he says its a little bit bitter. he says he feels the need to heave or like he's bloated. no pain in the abdominal region, no change of skin tone, no dizziness/nausea until he tries to lay down. he is diabetic but did a blood test and tested normal. he's had what seems like tinnitus for the last few years but only within 3 months that it has subsided. we dont know what t do. help!

History of dizziness, bloating, vomiting all of these could be due to viral infection, the condition can manage, symptomatically and if the symptoms persist for days then it needs to be ruled out for bacterial infection and systemic disease, If I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat it with tablet Betahistine three times in day along with tablet Rabeprazole once in day with tablet Domperidone three times in day, I would also advise you to get done the cardiac evaluation tests, EKG, ECHO, and stress test, some time condition may need long work if not comes around with initial treatment or symptomatic treatment.
