I have dizziness and feel nauseated. My feeling of light head and light dizziness started a couple of years ago. Recently it has gotten worse and so have my allergies. It was thought by the ENT that I had something going on with the inner ear. I have had MRI of the sinuses and I am okay. I had a balance test and hearing test. I was 100 on hearing and my balance was good. However since the air blowing into the inner ear (part of the balance test) by dizziness is much worse. I am scheduled for an MRI of the brain and inner ear. I have noticed that I put my shoulders back (good posture) I feel pressure against the front of my neck. If I look left, right I am dizzy. If I put my head back or up I am extremely dizzy and feel nauseated. Do you think that something could be wrong with my neck?
