I am 45 and in the past few weeks I have been dizzy, disoriented and my pulse is average around 58 (No I am not an athlete) bp 98/ 68 . I have pernicious anemia, but my levels with the injections turned out to be within range. I am scheduled for a halter monitor, just looking for some answers.

hello,
Dizziness may be due to low hemoglobin and also low bp. So need to be on vit b12 supplements. Also monitor your bp, and still on lower side, increase fluid like water and salt intake.
For, low pulse rate you need to get thyroid test done, and if normal you ll need ecg and holter monitoring, to further determine the cause of low pulse rate.
I find this answer helpful
