General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Dizziness what you are having following head injury could be due to anemia caused by blood loss. Do not physically exert yourself and have good sleep everyday. Kindly take iron supplements regularly in the form of capsules along with intake of iron rich foods. Gradually, you should be able to overcome it.

Hope the information provided would be helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further. All the best.

Regards,
