Hi I am a 54 year old male.I had discomfort in my lower stomach (including groin)area while standing.Its been going on almost an year.I thought its because of my age and weight.My weight is 225#.Last sat i found some blood in my urine and it is treating with antibiotic now.But my previous problem got worse.I can not stand too long because i have pain in my groin area,mostly to the penis and pain in the lower stomach and leftside of my back.Seems like i get some releive from pain after the bowl movement.When went to the ER last sat they done CT scan and blood and urine test.Urine culture came back as positive.Everything else was ok except WBC(11.2)Would you please tell me whats going on and what should I do next?Thank you.
