What Causes Difficulty In Ejaculation?

I'm 58 and I had a circumcision done about three months ago. Today my desire to have sex with my wife is very high; I have no problems with having erections but for some reason I stiill have some numbness and I can't ejaculate because I can't completely feel the warmth inside my wife's vagina.

No need to worry, there was much research done regarding your complaints. Proved no relationship between circumcision and erectile dysfunction.

People feel erectile dysfunction, low libido or Premature ejaculation for a few days to weeks, it's mostly physiological because of loss of skin all of a sudden. You will always be aware of your penis for a few days.

Other cause for Erectile dysfunction
1.     Decrease sensation in your penis
2.     Recently you had masturbated
3.     Stress
4.     Depression
5.     Fear of failure
6.     Low self-esteem (Chronic masturbation)
7.     Homosexuality
8.     Religious constrains
9.     Long term illness
10.     Negative attitude towards your partner
11.     Hormonal issue
12.     Long term drug usage.
