five month old has diarrhea with few specks of blood and it looks like white specks? She had been on elecare due to acid reflux but she was doing so good we tried mixing in some breastmilk so not sure if this has anything to do with it. like a mspi reaction to milk, a virus, she is also teething, or if I may have possibly contaminated the milk in some way with well water? Not sure if that is even a possiblity. She sometimes has mucus too.
