Semi-painful bowel movements along with
blood in stool indicates that there is a possibility of fissure-in-ano a condition in which there is crack in the anal verge and thus the bleeding ans pain.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get a clinical examination done by your Surgeon to get a confirmed diagnosis so that a proper management will help you to heal this up sooner.
Take Sitz bath before and after passing motion.
Take laxatives if there are hard stools.
Antibiotic and
metronidazole cover will be given if your surgeon feels so.
And an anti-inflammatory medications will help with swelling and pain.
Ano-proctoscopy if the pain allows will help to rule out other causes like piles and polyp.
