What Causes Diarrhea, Nausea, Dizziness And Stomach Pain?
16 years old, 5 ft 5 inch., 125 lbs. for about a week i have been having diarrhea and its been a little cloudy... today i started to feel nautus, and dizzy also my stomach will hurt a lot from time to time. i use the restroom about 10 times a day or more.
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood the concerns. Frequent motions of 10 per day, diarrhea, pain in abdomen for 7 days and now nausea and dizziness indicate that you have Gastroenteritis and its complications of dehydration and/or electrolyte imbalance. I would advise you the following in such a situation: Get the stool checked in details. Tests of blood and urine. Ultrasonography of abdomen. Clinical evaluation by a Doctor and get the prescription for a proper antibiotic active against intestinal infection, metronidazole and probiotics. Also ask for a PPI like Omeprazole, Domperidone is nausea or vomiting persists. Take plenty of oral fluids and electrolyte solution.
