Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, welcome to HCM.
A 4 month old baby can pass 5 to 6 semisolid stools in a day, green yellow or golden colour stools are normal in babies at 4 month of age.
Most of the diarrhea in babies are viral. You should stop nalidix as there is no need of antibiotics and you have already given it for a long period which is not recommended.
To improve gut immunity, you can give prebiotic like enterogermina ampule once a day for 3 days and to prevent dehydration you need to feed the child frequently.
I hope this has helped you. Take care.
