General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It looks like viral gastroenteritis. You can take Loperamide & Bismuth subsalisylate, they effectively control diarrhoea. For fever take acetaminophen(tylenol).

Antibiotics like metronidazole & oral vancomycin are helpful. Take medications under the consultation of a PCP.

Due to diarrhoea body gets dehydrated, take adequate amount of water, soups, juices to supplement the potassium, sodium content of your body.

Stay away from oily spicy food. Take home made boiled food, boiled bananas are effective. Avoid addictions if any.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
