What Causes Diarrhea Every Time During Night Out?

My problem mostly happens when I go out, especially for a night out, or when I am away from the house.....I often panic as I always feel the need to go for a number 2....often more like diarrohea. Is this a common problem..?? Also, once I have been for a wee, I then need to go approx. every 15 minutes...

Thanks for the query

From the history you have given it looks like you are suffering from Irritable Bowel syndrome. The first line of treatment would be to rule out an apparent organic cause before labeling you IBS.
I suggest you to approach a gastro enterologist for stool routine and if required colonoscopy. You will have to be treated with pro biotics like Sporolac and anti motility agents
