What Causes Delayed Puberty In Case Of Nephrotic Syndrome?
Doctor, my son was nephrotic syndrome patient from the age of 6 to 17 years. since almost two years there is no relapse for him. now he is going to be 19 in Feb. his puberty is delayed. he has not matured as a man fully yet (our genes also to be blamed i believe since my brothers also got mustache after 18 years only i heard). since he has consumed steroids periodically all these years, what suggestions you have for him? he should meet a endocrinologist? for his kidney infection what precautions we should take so that he will not get any relapse in future. now he is on a normal diet but very strict about his diet (less oi, very rare outside food, no junk food etc.)
