my period got delayed 3 days..iam not pegnant..i took 2 mensovit tablets today afternoon..when will i get periods..should i take more tablets..i have stomach pain and back pain as i used to get during periods....need to attend a function by this month end..my email id is YYYY@YYYY

Yes a pregnancy test is to be done first then an ultrasound examination of whole abdomen will be required , hormonal abnormality can cause this , so do a hormonal assay also.
