Hello dear Understand your concern Again confirm the pregnancy after 4 days to confirm the pregnancy. Better confirmation of pregnancy is done by blood HCG or by USG scan. Swollen breast may be due to pregnancy or hormonal imbalance. Following are the causes of delayed period in absence of pregnancy: high prolactin level, thyroid disorder, ovarian pathology, excessive stress, excessive weight gain/loss, change in dietary habit, fibroid/adenomyosis, hormonal imbalance. If period will not come and pregnancy is not confirmed you should consult the gynecologist and get the following investigation : Full hormone profile, USG, ovarian follicle study, endometrial biopsy. Mean while take following advice: take tablet ibuprufen, apply cold pack to breast, gentle massage to the breast, avoid alcohol and smoking, avoid extra salt and fatty diet, start stretching and relaxation exercise.
