OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

You can get a urine pregnancy test done to confirm whether you are pregnant or not. The pain in the breast and spine are related to hormonal changes which could be in both pregnancy and delayed periods. Thus, get a UPT done and if it is negative, get a USG done to know why your periods are delayed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
