What Causes Cramping Pain In The Right Testicle Since 4 Months?
i have had cramping pain in my right testicle for 4 months now, cancer and kidneystones have been excluded also blood flow and every thing is normal. i have been prescribed 4x50mg tremadol daily but i have to much pain for me to live on that so i have been taking 6-8. what could it be

I can understand your concern, I could say that this could be epididymitis, if I would be your doctor then I would treat this case with the following medicines
1) Tab ciprofloxacin 500mg twice in day for 1o days
2) Tab Ibuprofen 400mg twice in day for five days
3) Tab Alpha chymotrypsin three times in day
