What Causes Constipation With Stools Stuck In The Rectum?
Hi doctor,
I am 23 years old and have an embarassing problem. When I visit the toilet to pass motion, I always have feaces stuck in my rectum. No matter how hard I push, I couldn't get the stuck feaces out of the anus. This happens almost 70% of my toilet visits. I also do not feel any pain during the process. This problem has been going on for quite a few years. May I know what is the issue and how possible treatments? Thanks.

You have constipation only but as you are young get your thyroid profile done
For now do as follows
Take plenty of fluids and water
Eat soluble fiber diet
Do exercise
Quit caffeine and smoke
