What Causes Constipation After Taking Microgynon ED And Ferrous Fumerate?

I'm 35 yrs old and has been taking Microgynon ED and Ferrous Fumerate for 4yrs. About 3 months back, Im starting to have constipation, I hardly visit the toilet and black stool whick comes after 4-5 weeks. I'm eating ok and now my stomach seems big. Missing my menses for 3 months now.

Get USG abdomen done and get yourself checked for amenorrhea by a qualified gynecologist who will order an USG and vaginal exam.
