Please type your query here...My 42 female, 102kilos 158cm I am always tired, have vaginal itch and scratch that I now have sores, I am always hungry that I feel sick and if I donâ??t eat I have often experienced feeling like Iâ??m going to be sick and blurred ( like tunnel vision) in my eyes. I sometime experience pins and needles in my hands and feet. After eating I am extremely thirsty. I had diabetes when I was pregnant and have tested at home my sugar levels and although they yo-yo they are around 5.2mmols-9mmols I have been told that I have high blood pressure but never went back to the doctors I freak out with the thought of going to the doctors both my parents have type 2 diabetes and my mum died in my arms with a heart attack
