What Causes Constant Dizziness, Fatigue And Ringing In Ears?

Hello,

I am a 29 year old married working lady. I have been experiencing dizziness, fatigue, ringing in my ears, for almost more than 1 year. I got my hb count checked, and found it to be low. (8.5)

could you please suggest some supplements to improve my hb count without any side effects?

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query symptoms are pointing towards injury to nerve endings in the middle ear. There can be many causes for nerve damage like exposure to loud sound, due to certain medicines like anti inflammatory. allergy, and sinusitis. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist again for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order blood test , CT scan , MRI or hearing test like audiogram. There are many treatment options doctor can opt like acoustic neural stimulation and anti-anxiety drugs. The ringing sound in ear is known as 'TINNITUS' and dizziness is known as ' VERTIGO'. These symptoms usually accompanied by hearing loss . If there is infection of middle ear or sinusitis then doctor may prescribe antibiotics . For now avoid loud sound , exercise for half an hour daily (light walk) , reduce intake of tea and coffee and try to keep stress level low.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
