I have had an abnormal dizziness in my head for over 13 weeks , I struggle to stand and it s hard not lean on a wall because I feel like I am falling, when I m sat down a agonising pain goes through my head ( like a shock from electric ) and causes me to fall towards the table I front of me. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Kindly check your blood pressure, blood sugar and hemoglobin levels. Any decrease in these values may cause dizziness and fatigue.Your symptoms could represent generalised weakness, dehydration and fatigue. These common causes should be ruled out first. Cervical spondylosis is a general term for age-related wear and tear affecting the spinal disks in your neck. As the discs dehydrate and shrink, signs of osteoarthritis.

Migraine, ear disorders affecting the vestibular apparatus, peripheral neuropathy and nerve compression should be ruled out. Clinical examination and xray is essential.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
