What Causes Clogging In Ears And The Pulsating Sound In A Diabetic?

My ear feels clogged and there is a plusesating sound and it feels numb, I also feel pursuer in the front of my head and if I move to fast or roll over I get very dizzy. I also feel very sick like I may puke. I also feel very dizzy I am diabetic and at times I feel like my blood sugar is low I get very shaky but it s not low when I check

dear sir I my opinion the symptoms are matching with vertigo.its a condition of middle ear in which your balancing apparatus becomes little hyperactive.so as you are telling that low sugar is ruled out,I guess it's better to meet E.N.T surgeon for further assessment ...get back to me if u have any doubts.
