I had an abortion when i was 18 years old, I have never had children as I was unable to conceive again due to Polysistic Ovarys, my periods were very irregular for years after my abortion and then become normal again when I was about 35 years old. I am now 40, since my abortion I have been getting green nipple discharge always from both nipples, I went to my doctor when I was 21 regarding this discharge and after a swab was given antibiotics which did not work. I know its been years since going to the doctor again about this but I did go to the doctor a couple of weeks ago who took a swab and I was told that the discharge was normal and to stop squeezing my nipples for about 6 - 8 weeks. I do not get any pain and a mammogram I had about 7 years ago was normal. I was just wondering if not squeezing my nipples would really cure my discharge? sometimes the discharge is clearish, other times it is green to very dark green. I have been squeezing them every day since this began, I know!! for years and years, I just want it to go :( Any advice would be great, thanks.
