What Causes Chronic Back And Hip Pain?

I have been suffering from chronic sever lower back and hip pain for about 4 1/2 years now, but all the physicians I have seen seem unable to find the cause, or literally tell me its all in my head. I have seen at least 7 doctors and had every test you can think of aside from an MRI and no one seems to find anything thing wrong. This year I was diagnosed with stage 3 endometriosis, and my OB has chalked most of the hip pain up to the imflamation involved with my disease, but I don't think he right. I hurt constantly and have numbness in my legs feet and lower back followed by a burning sensation regularly. I have 3 kids at home that I don't get to play with without having to stop regularly to rest and now I having to take depression meds because I feel like I'm crazy. Please help!

Brief Answer-
Its not a big issue you may find answer here.

Detailed Answer-

For chronic back pain:
A single event may not have caused your pain. You may have been doing many activities, such as lifting the wrong way, for a long time. Then suddenly, one simple movement, such as reaching for something or bending from your waist, leads to pain.

Many people with chronic back pain have arthritis. Or they may have extra wear and tear of the spine, which may be due to:

1. Heavy use from work or sports
2. Injuries or fractures
3. Surgery

For hip pain:
Pain in the hip can result from a number of factors. Abnormalities of the skin, nerves, bones, joints, blood vessels, and soft tissues of the hip can all result in pain. Sometimes diseases that affect other joints in the body, such as arthritis, can be the cause of pain in the hip. Trauma, including bone fracture, is also a cause of hip pain. Pain in the hip area may also originate from painful infections or other conditions of the skin, such as shingles. Hip pain may also occur because of a problem with the back or spine. Treatments for hip pain depend on the underlying cause.
