What Causes Chest Palpitations, Headaches And Frequent Urination?

I am beyond stressed out, as I am leaving for college. I often lay down and get stress headaches and my chest has sudden and fast heart beats. Also, I find myself not eating a lot in one sitting, but always hungry. And the last couple days I have had frequent urination even when I do not drink a ton.

Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion you should get done ECG, Complete Blood Count (CBC), urine examination. Palpitations can be seen in heart problems so ecg will tell you about this. Anemia can cause headach and palpitations so CBC will tell you about anemia. Urinary tract infection (UTI) can cause frequent urination so urine analysis is necessary.
So consult your doctor and get done all these. If all these are normal than it must be stress related.
