What Causes Chest Pain With Low BP And Belching?

my husband 63 years old, has a history of stroke, heart attack, cabg (x3), diabetes, neuropathy and chf. The last couple days he has had blood pressure on the low side 90/54... this morning he also had, left sided chest pain with some belching... I think it is his heart again, symptoms are all to reminiscent of 3 years ago... he won't go of course, what is your thought. Can there be any other reason for the low bp and chest pain. (oh chest pain lasted abot 15-20 mintes)

hello,I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.
His chest pain and belching is likely to be angina. His low BP is partly due to medicines and partly due to CHF.
He needs good control of diabetes . It is quite obvious that he would not be willing to go for Redo angiography and any further intervention.so you may request your doctor to optimise antianginal medicines and observer him,If s he still remains symptomatic then redo procedure is only option left out.
My best wishes
