What Causes Chest Pain When Sleeping While Having General Malaise?
general malaise, flu like but without phlegm or cough - upper right side of body over chest area hurts when trying to sleep on that side..deep breaths would also cause the muscle like pains but have now subsided - could this be a clot - no stuffed nose or cough
