What Causes Chest Pain The Day After Drinking Alcohol?

Hi, I am 20 years old, I have been getting pain on the left side of my chest randomly for over a year now and it sometimes goes down my left arm. I went to the doctor and got an ecg done but it was normal. It happens a lot after a night of drinking alcohol. It can be sharp pain or a feel like something is pushing down on my chest. I don't know what to think about it.
