Hello!

Thank you for asking on Healthcaremagic!

I would like to directly review his ECG, if you can upload it for a more professional opinion.

At his age, coronary artery disease would be really exceptional.

Anyway, every ECG finding should be evaluated in correlation with the clinical symptoms and cardiac enzyme levels.

I would also recommend performing a cardiac ultrasound and an exercise cardiac stress test, especially in case of abnormal cardiac enzymes.

A chest X ray study coupled with pulmonary function tests is also necessary to exclude a possible lung disorder.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Wishing all the best,

Dr. Iliri
