What Causes Burning Sensation In Buttocks Area And Bladder Spasms?

I have burning sensation in the buttocks area - Has been keeping me up. Happens usually later in the day. I have intersticial cystitis that I have treating for 9.5 years - sometimes I still have bladder spasms when I have to urinate Right now just sitting here the lower buttocks burns

Noted the history of burning sensation in buttocks area, keeping you up, happens later in the day, also have interstitial cystitis, under treatment for 9.5 years, sometimes have bladder spasms while urinating.
As per the short history you have provided, this can be due to the following reasons:
There can be neurological affection of the nerves supplying the buttocks area due to compression in the spinal cord or the nerve root exit or can be due to referred pain due to bladder spasms as you have interstitial cystitis.
I would advise you the following:
Consult an Urologist for proper evaluation of the problems, investigate and treat accordingly.MRI of the lower spine to see if there is any cause for neurological affection by any means.
Once the cause is found the treatment will be easy.
In the meantime you can request your Doctor to prescribe you medicines like Gabapentin.
