Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a twinge/burning pain in my left wrist (underside) when I eat, bend over, or get heartburn. It isn t constant throughout the day but seems to be getting more frequent. I have been adjusted by my chiropractor for neck/shoulder injury but it doesn t seem to be helping. Any suggestions...thanks
As you already got help from the chiropractor I think you should start doing exercises for the neck and shoulder. Since with the chiropractor they can release the locked facet joint and post which the muscles have to work and for that you need to do some exercise. Use cervical collar for now. Then do static neck exercises, shoulder girdle, static biceps and static triceps. This should help in the long run to avoid the symptoms.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
