What Causes Bumps On The Testicle?
i have a small vain like thing near the middle of my left testicle a few small little bumps as well, i have no pain i only noticed it today, im freaking out because im wondering if this is a early sign of varicose or just because i sit for long periods of time and thats why this tiny thing is popping out, please help im worried

HI. Sitting long can cause no testicular problems for sure.
This can be just an epididymis . But the nodules suggest me something to worry about . It would be better to consult a Surgeon / Urologist to get a direct clinical examination done and may be an ultrasound to rule out any big problem.
Some chronic problems can cause this nodules.
