Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Scanty flow during menstruation can be due to pregnancy or hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactemia or it can be due to any pathology in the endometrial lining like asherman syndrome or tuberculosis. I would suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test done and if negative, then do consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including hormonal profile and ultrasound and get appropriate treatment.
