Hi, my sister has some kind of 'sharp' or 'stinging' chest pain and her arms hurt. She also has short breathing. She says it's happened before but 'not this bad'. She's only 20 but has been worried that her symptoms were similar to those that precede a heart attack, although maybe not as severe. Do you have any ideas/advice on what we ought to do? I don't want to call a hospital but I'm also kind of worried.
