What Causes Breathing Problems?

my son is 18 months old.

yday night he was suffering some breathing trouble.

slight body temperature was also there..

he is hving wheezing sound also.

today morning also that wheezing sound is there..

his nose is blocked..

when i applied vicks he started crying..

otherwise he is active..

I can understand your concern.
Fever, wheezing, breathing difficulty, blocked nose etc in children are commonly due to viral respiratory tract infection.
But better to rule out pneumonia first.
So get done chest x ray. If chest x ray is clear then no need to worry for pneumonia.
He needs plenty of fluids orally, oral bronchodilators, antihistamine and anti inflammatory drugs.
