What Causes Blood Pressure, Headaches With Arm Tingling?
hello my wife is presently suffering with blood pressure headaches. Her pressure right now is 180/106 with a pulse rate of 67. She is 5 8" and weight is 280lbs. She was complaining last night of tingliness in her right arm. She has also taken generic Sudafed for allergies about 12 hours ago. Should we go to the emergency room?

The given reading of blood pressure could be suggestive of hypertension and it has to be finally diagnosed. If found then it has to be treated with anti-hypertensive drugs. It is not due to the symptoms that one has to see the ER but it is advisable to see the physician.
It is okay if Sudafed is taken for an allergic condition.
