What Causes Blood In Urine After Bowel Movement And Grayish Brown Stool?

This is the 3rd day that I have seen blood in the toilet after having a bowel movement. The Stool itself is grayish brown and the amount isnt what I would say scary but red blood is present and it worries me. 2 years ago I had my first colon cancer screening and I was clear. I am a 55 year old white male 6' 1" 195lbs,I have never been on meds and I am seemingly in excellent health. I don't have a GP and I don't know where to go other than emergency. Is this something I should be concerned about? I am open to suggestions.

Thank you,

K, Linn
