Hello,

Taking count that the STD tests and urinary track check-up are normal there is a possibility of being prostate malignancy while you have blood after ejaculation. You may need to do an ultrasound of prosthate and digital examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
