3 weeks ago we found out that the baby had no heart beat. I was 8.5 weeks along. Almost three weeks later I miscarried it was very tramatic extremely painful. I eneded up in the hospital with what I thought were severe cramps the hospital told me they were contractions and after passing much of the fetus and sack my doctor proformed a D and E to help get the rest my body was trying so hard to pass I've been bleeding here and there. It changes from day to day but never more than a few pads and a few cramps not to bad at all I have not been to worried however I've noticed that my bowel movments have not been normal yesterday to today I've noticed blood in my stool and slight pains in my stomach but they do not feel like menstral cramps they aren't as low
Hi, I understand your concerns. It is unusual to have blood in stools after Dilatation and evacuation though blood from uterus can be present for a few days. Also since you are complaining of stomach pain i advise you to get a investigation of your bowel by a colonoscopy and gastroscopy as it can be due to injury to your bowel . Also if you are constipated that also can cause bleeding due to small anal tears and i suggest you to take laxatives if you are constipated. feel free to follow up
