I have 14 week old baby. I just stopped breastfeeding and started taking lexipro 1 week ago for depression. I have been a little dizzy and tired. Today I found bloody stool and felt slightly sick. i went back to work four weeks ago - I am a special education teacher. Is any of this related?

Hello,

Lexapro may can cause dizziness and dry mouth.

Hard stool or lack of fiber may lead to blood in stool. Hemorrhoids also common cause of this problem.

So please reduce the dose or consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
