I am 51 yrs old, having good health, 65 Kg body weight. I exercise in the form of morning walk and perform yoga for 30 min each in the morning.
i am thin built with 35 inches waist size. my stomach is perfect in the morning and i feel very light.
however as the day progresses, i gegan to feel flatulence in the stomach and my stomach begin to bloat, by the time i take my dinner at night it swells 2.5 to 3 inches and i pass lot of air through rectum (sometimes bad smelling, but usually odorless) bloating of stomach gives me lot of discomfort,
what is the reason and what is the remeady??
