Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history of extreme bloating, twinges of mild pain on and off, gassy, random heartburn and bad headache. Noticed streak of blood on tissue after urination in the morning, random shooting pain in breasts. Sine there is no history suggestive of alteration in bowel habits, nausea or vomiting and pain, this may be bloating alone and the causes are as follows: Aerophagia usually due to stress and/or anxiety, aerated drinks, some certain foods products, nuts or so. There can be sub-acute intestinal obstruction. Changed bacterial flora wherein there is excessive gas producing bacteria. The changes in breasts can be non-specific or just due to anxiety. Blood on tissues after urination may be vaginal or urethral and you have to be certain about it. I would advise you the following in such a situation: Get an X-ray of the abdomen in standing position. Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen. Tests of stool, blood and urine. Clinical evaluation and referral to the specialist if your Doctor thinks so. Treatment as per the findings.
